The Holiday Season is upon us. The Tree has been lit in Downtown Seattle, the Macy’s Star as well.
There are many choices for entertainment in Seattle, a new one is the play at the 5th Avenue Theater “A Christmas Story” a well know film brought to the stage and in the leading role of Ralphie is a local boy Clarke Hallum from Olympia, WA whose parents grew up in Edmonds, WA.
The Christmas Ships are beautiful to look at and if you can meet them when they dock you can listen to the carolers, a fun place to see them is when they go through the Ballard Locks.
The Nutcracker Ballet with is beautifully designed sets by Maurice Sendak ( Where the Wild Things Are).
A Christmas Carol at ACT Theater never fails to touch your heart.
The Black Nativity, wonderful music, at a new venue.
The Trees at the Westin Hotel, up for auction to a worthy cause.
Of course there is the shopping in Downtown Seattle that looks so beautiful with the streets lined with lighted trees.
